This Privacy Policy explains how AI Soul Girl collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our AI companion, billing, generation, and account features.
1. Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email, password authentication records, OAuth profile data, and session metadata.
- Billing records from Creem, including product keys, payment identifiers, subscription status, and credit grants. We do not store full card numbers.
- AI companion content including chat messages, generated image prompts, voice requests, character preferences, proactive greeting settings, and generation history.
- Operational data such as IP address, user agent, logs, analytics events, credit ledger entries, and admin audit context.
2. AI companion and sensitive information
- AI Soul Girl characters are virtual AI-generated companions, not real people.
- Do not submit identity documents, payment passwords, home addresses, medical details, emergency information, or other highly sensitive personal information in companion chats.
- Generated replies, voice, and photos may be inaccurate or unexpected. They should not be used as the only basis for legal, medical, financial, safety, or emergency decisions.
3. How we use information
- Provide authentication, chat, image, voice, subscription, credit, and admin features.
- Deduct, grant, refund, and audit credits through ledger records.
- Maintain role unlocks, albums, memory summaries, proactive greeting preferences, and relationship progress.
- Prevent abuse, debug failures, improve product quality, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Service providers
- We may process data through hosting, database, email, payment, storage, analytics, and AI provider services.
- AI prompts and media inputs may be sent to configured model providers such as Volcano Engine or Doubao to produce chat, images, voice, or videos.
- Generated media may be mirrored to configured object storage. If storage is unavailable, provider URLs may be retained as fallbacks.
5. Retention and deletion
- We retain account, billing, subscription, credit ledger, and generation records as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements.
- You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to fraud prevention, payment, tax, and legal retention requirements.
