Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AI Soul Girl, including AI companion chat, generated media, credits, subscriptions, role unlocks, and admin-operated services.
1. Service description
- The service provides AI-generated virtual companion chat, voice replies, generated images, albums, role profiles, proactive greetings, and credit-based generation features.
- Characters are fictional virtual roles. They are not real people and do not provide professional advice.
2. Eligibility and account security
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction, to use companion features.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, exploitation, impersonation, abuse, or attempts to bypass billing or credit controls.
- Do not upload or request content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, private sensitive data, self-harm encouragement, or instructions for wrongdoing.
- Do not treat AI companion output as emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical guidance.
4. AI-Generated content & acceptable use
- You are strictly prohibited from generating, uploading, or requesting NSFW (Not Safe for Work), sexually explicit, pornographic, or suggestive content through any feature of the service, including chat, image generation, and video generation.
- You are strictly prohibited from generating or requesting any content that depicts minors in any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative context. Violations of this prohibition will result in immediate and permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- You must not use the service to generate content that is harmful, illegal, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, or that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activities.
- The platform employs automated content moderation systems to screen prompts, inputs, and outputs. These systems are designed to detect and block prohibited content before it is generated or delivered.
- Any attempt to circumvent, bypass, or disable content moderation systems is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
- We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict any generated content that violates this policy, and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who attempt to generate prohibited content.
5. AI Wrapper & third-party services
- AI Soul Girl is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model provider, including but not limited to Volcano Engine, Doubao, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other artificial intelligence company.
- Our platform provides a custom interface for interacting with AI models to enhance usability, add companion features, and provide additional functionality not available through direct model access.
- We are an independent service provider. The underlying AI models are developed and operated by their respective providers. We do not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the outputs of these models beyond our platform's own content moderation and safety measures.
- Any trademarks, service marks, or brand names referenced in connection with AI model providers are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
6. Credits, subscriptions, and role unlocks
- Chat, voice, image, and video actions may consume credits according to the current product configuration.
- One-time packs grant credits after successful payment. Subscriptions grant credits according to their monthly or annual schedule.
- Single-role unlock purchases grant access to the purchased role without changing your subscription plan or credit balance.
- If a paid AI action fails after credits are deducted, the system is designed to compensate the deducted credits when the failure is detected.
7. Generated content
- Generated text, voice, and images may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected.
- You are responsible for how you use, publish, or share generated content.
- We may remove or restrict generated content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
8. Availability and changes
- The service is provided as available. Model providers, payment providers, storage, and network conditions may affect availability.
- We may change features, pricing, credit costs, character availability, or policies with notice where required.
